ISB7050 reconnection sequence?

Does anyone have the Optik PVR reconnection steps?

Is it unplug modem first or unplug the ISB7050 first?  At the same time?

I always reboot the modem first then the PVR. Once the pvr is back online, any other receivers after that.

Thanks for the reply.... tried that with tech support.  They have a technician coming over tomorrow.  So sad to lose my fav PVR recordings.

UPDATE:  It took several hours or a few days... but the PVR finally connected just before the tech showed up.

Order I'm told with a power reset...

1. Modem first
2. PVR next
3. wireless cable boxes last.  It may take several hours to connect.
