I can't find Netflix! Please help

We have an optik box.

 

Channel 422 is missing from our guide and the apps button doesn't work.

 

Would love some help in what to do next.

 

The internet and the chat robot just keep sending me around in circles.

 

I would just love some easy access Netflix in our lives, linking the computer to the TV at the moment.

Press 422 on the remote. Even if it's not showing in the guide, you should still be able to get to it manually.

 

If it worked before, and no one in the house disabled that channel from showing in the guide in settings, reboot the box also.

Just press the apps button in the top left corner of your remote. You will find the Netflix icon in the apps menu. Launch it from there if you don't see it in the channel guide.
