How to hide Telus boxes behind TV?

Geopac20

I am sure this has been asked before but I cannot really find a solution. I have an VIP 5662W PVR and some CIS330 receivers. Does anyone have any solutions either with IR Extenders or Bluetooth remotes to be able to hide the boxes. I know the CIS330 is not bluetooth capable but hopefully a repeater would work. Help is greatly appreciated.

I have used cheap ir blaster/repeaters found on amazon with great success. Don’t have a specific link but they literally aim one end at ir receiver on the Telus hardware and the “eye” where you need it. Mine was usb or ac adapter powered.

Wow, ok that seems easy. You don't happen to know the brand do you? And do you have the same box(s) as I do?

Anyone else out there has any success at this?

Many TV's have an IR blaster/extender built in. My Sony Bravia has it. Have you checked to see if your's supports it?

Does that allow you to control your Telus box?

I have a Harmony Hub so I don't need to use the TV's IR blaster.

It allows you to use your TV remote to control the STB. I haven't tried configuring it to see if the TELUS boxes are supported but I suspect each brand is different.
