How do I change the wireless network on my Optik 4k (non PVR) box?

I am looking for a way to connect my Optik 4k (non-pvr) box to a new wifi network. All instructions online show how to do this from the initial factory default setup process leveraging WPS conection but I cannot find out how to get back to the factory defaults. The reset button on the back does not appear to do anything and I have tried resetting the box from the on-screen options many times without success. I already have two other 4k boxes (including my PVR) on the new network via a wired connection and everything is working fine with them so the new network is not an issue. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

Are you trying to connect it to a third party router?

When the box and TV are turned on do you get a prompt to pair to Wi-Fi?

Have you tried pressing and holding the power button on the set top box for 10 seconds to do a reset?
