I called tech support, the "callback" thing wasn't working so I put the call on hands free while I tinkered on a project.
When I finally spoke to a rep he told me he was just talking to a customer with the same problem and it seemed to only be the Kamloops feed that was affected (we live near Wms Lake)
Someone musta done something cuz we're watching the news right now and the problem seems to be fixed. 👍
