I have the same problem, Telus ID and password not recognized by the Global app. There is another thread about this with additional users with same situation. Problem is probably because Telus in the past has used two different customer account IDs for two different purposes, and users get confused on which account ID to use, even when trying to access Telus. Actually some of us might have three Telus IDs because this forum requires yet another account ID. Big mess!
My harsh solution was to give up and delete the Global app, put down my iPad, and go watch a Global program on my TV.
