That will be determined by HBO / Bell Canada. HBO / Bell Canada has been putting HBO content into the Crave + HBO bundle. When they decide to release GOT outside of Crave / HBO only they will know. (It likely won't be soon since Bell likes money and they charge more for Crave + HBO)
