Freezing TV and PVR

My box keeps freezing the live TV and when I watch a recording it stops every couple minutes saying recording not available.

You either have a bad connection from the modem to the PVR or the internet connection itself could be having issues. It's best to contact Telus support so they can run some diagnostics and get a good idea of the cause. Will most likely need a technician to come out.

Reboot your modem once back online reboot your PVR. Once back online follow reboot any other receivers you have. If the issue persists then call TELUS.
