Exiting Netflix

Why doesn't the exit button on the optik remote exit out of Netflix?! This drives me crazy. Is there another way to exit Netflix without going to menu in Netflix?

If you're watching Netflix on channel 422, it's very easy to get back to Optik TV.

1. Simply press and holding the Exit button on the remote for a couple seconds, or
2. Press the Guide button on the remote, or
3. Press the PVR button on the remote. 

The PVR and Guide buttons on the remote work in Netflix like they normally would if you were watching regular TV.
