ERR_AGL_ACN_3545 - Login Failed

I have reset my password, I can login to myTelus with no issues, cannot login to my phone Telus TV+, or my account with the new Telus box that we installed (the little 4x4box).  Don't want to stay on hold for 2 hours for them to say I have to do this online (which I have)

I just rejoined Telus Optik and am trying to use the Telus TV+ app on my iPhone and Apple TVs but I keep getting the error ERR_AGL ACN_3545 when I try to login. Has anyone seen this or found a way to resolve it?

same issue, technician said I can install the boxes myself but my log in isn't set up for telus tv+ so my credentials don't work

Have you set up an online account yet? You can log-in with those credentials.

I have the same issue error 3545, on tablet and 2 cell phones, what is the solution? There is no newer version of Telus app.

I am having this same issue. I can log in to my Telus account online but cannot log into the TV+ app or on any browser.

I have the exact same issue on 2 phones as well. I can log into the my telus app, but can't get into the TV+ app and keep getting the same error code (ERR_AGL). I have sat on hold for over 2 hours waiting and when I speak to someone no one is aware and able to help. Beyond frustrated

I just resolved mine with TELUS Support. We aren't sure if it was their backend work, or on my end, I changed my email. One of the two resolved it, so I would try changing your email and see if that works. It might be a way to force a reset of your email on the account.

Do you know what they did on the back end? I am currently on the phone with tech support but nothing is working so far.
