Disabling YouTube on Optik TV Apps

Hello,  I have a child with special needs who likes to surf YouTube - although I have turned it on to restricted, she is sometimes able to still find inappropriate content as a 10 year old.  I would like to DISABLE this app entirely or at least be able to decide when she can have access to it by enabling or disabling it.  Even if there was a PIN / Lock Code to prevent her from entering it - at least then I have the option to allow it or not.

Unfortunately I don't think there is an option for this.

I was able to go to the parental control section, find the "channels" and then block individual channels from there, including You Tube. For me that was channel 322. Now they can only access You Tube (channel 322) by me putting my PIN in. Although my one 13 year old has just pointed out that if they use the search button on the remote they can get somethings to still come through You Tube.
