Disable TV during certain times

Is there a way I can disable tv so that no one can watch without a pin or only enable tv during certain times.

There is a PIN that is only used to block certain content, but not block all TV access. There are also no current schedule options for the TV boxes to have them offline for certain periods.

If on Optik, you might be able to manage viewing hours at the gateway/router by limiting access by IP or MAC address. I’m not at all sure how well it would work.
