I've been charged for 3 movies I never ordered. I live alone and no one else has access to my TV. Thankfully Telus believed me and waived the $23 fee. They could see that each movie was watched for between 9-20 min. But it couldn't have been on my TV. So how does this happen? I have the Telus app on my phone but never even use it. Can someone else watch a movie on their TV and it shows as watched on mine?

Absolutely - was charged for 2 Pay Per View events - $65 each - we are OLD Seniors - not too keen on the UKC (?) fighting. Telus INSIST that they were ordered in the house - two of us plus our smart dog (she's not THAT smart). They are reversing charges, but not compensating me for the 1 1/2 hours I wasted today. I finally found the PPV channgels (around 995) and went thru required procedure - impossible to do all that with just a button error on the remote. She claims she has put a password on PPV but why not before?????
