Can’t find or connect to Optik TV from Telus Home Assistant with Amazon Alexa

Just installed the Telus Home Assistant skill on our Amazon Alexa devices.  We should be able to find and connect to our Optik TV devices, but they are never found when searching for devices within the skill.  

Are others having the same problem with Telus Home Assistant on Alexa.  If so, were you able to solve the problem?

So frustrating. Has anyone resolved this issue? None of my Telus devices are found by Alexa.
