CTV app & Global apps not accepting Telus Optik login Credentials

The CTV app and both Global apps won’t accept my Telus Optiks login credentials! I have check and rechecked my credentials and they are correct and work on the Telus website but won’t allow me to log in to any of the CTV or global apps- they just say “incorrect login or password”. If is so frustrating, I have deleted and redone loaded the apps and still none work! Help!

Are you using your Telus Account login or the Optik account login? There are two different logins/passwords and only the Optik one works.

I used the same one that allows me to log in to the Optik App... is that not the correct one? It works on the Optik app but not the Global or CTV apps

The Optik app usually gives you a choice of using the Telus account login or the Optik one. The Telus one will work with the Optik app only. The Optik account is the one you set up on your PVR and the only one I've been using to access Global / CTV / Crave

I am experiencing the same problem.  Even when I follow all of the instructions to create an Optik TV account, when I open the app on my phone a pop-up message comes up saying that the app is no longer supported for Apple devices.  It says that you can use the MyTelus sign in credentials for an account instead, but the MyTelus account sign-ins are not accepted by any other app.  It's a vicious cycle and I keep going around and around.  Currently there doesn't appear to be any way for Apple users to create an Optik TV account at all and I haven't been able to get any help.  None of the material on the Telus website has been updated.  It has been incredibly frustrating to deal with.

I have this same issue. I click forgot password then it tells me username does not exist.  So I follow the instructions to create acct but that tells me My email has an acct.  I checked my pvr and it sent me a confirmation code but there is nowhere to enter it. 

I have an optik and a mytelus app on my iPhone. Both work.
My PVR will not recognize any login to try and then be able to set up the global CTV apps.
Help?

Same Issues here... Switched to Telus Optik for TV, Internet and Home Phone from Shaw... October 2019 and NONE of the Apps work consistently or some not at all. It's very frustrating.
