Back Button Problem

I use the back button with 5 previous channel menu

I click back button - select channel

I click back button - menu slides straight up out the top of the tv

I click back button - nothing happens

I click back button - menu reappears ready

rinse and repeat

rinse and repeat

What are you trying to accomplish?

I guess I'm wondering if anyone else has a back button menu problem or If I'm the only one.  The menu always fails twice so I have to click 3 times instead of once.  The way I put it has a little bit of frustration in it.  Thanks for replying.
