Hello, I am a new Telus customer so maybe I don't understand how things work with Optic TV Essentials. My wife wanted the "News North America" theme pack to which I have added to my subscription at a extra cost. When I checked my account, it appears "Galaxy Music" and "Local Radio Stations" have also been added with a extra charge. I did not subscribe to anything other than News North America. Does simply clicking on a channel automatically subscribe me to that channel? The Telus technician said we would only get channels that we have subscribed. All other channels if there was an extra cost, that would be clearly stated before proceeding. So what is going on here?
