Hey, do I start here to ask about support for the Optik TV Android app?
Yesterday I loaded up the Optik TV app on my Microsoft Surface Duo phone. Got the Canucks game going for a bit. A short while later the screen went dark and now I'm not getting any video. I can hear the audio playing but the screen remains black.
I usually only watch hockey, so with the NHL season on the way, being able to watch it on the go is important for me.
Any help or ways I can help trouble shoot the issue?
