I have been a member of Amazon Prime for some time but how do I get Prime TV424 connected?

Not sure what Prime TV424 is? If you have Optik TV you can use the Amazon Prime app and enter your credentials to access the service.

The Amazon prime app is accessible on channel 424. Once on the channel, start the app and follow the directions.
