At 8:10 pm all my Optic channels became scrambled, including recordings, on demand ,etc. I tried re-booting, No change, still scframbled. Not the TV. YouTube app works fine.
Did you reboot everything including the modem/router? You may need to reach out to tech support for a fix.
Tried rebooting the modem. No difference. I need to call Technical Support - one hour wait times.
A Telus technician came the next day and installed a new ARRIS box. Great service!
Works fine now.
