I am able to log in to both via app and in a browser. No errors for me at least.
Which device are you trying to log in to the Optik TV app?
Are you running the newest version of the app?
Which browser are you using to try access Optik or My Account? Is that on a computer or mobile device?
Resetting the modem will not help since it's not connected in any way to the Optik or MyTelus login.
