Hello all, trying to remedy some bad mistakes. Telus sent my old account to collections and I’ve been ignoring it like a dumb dumb.

It says in my credit report that a collections agency has it but it also says that Telus still has it. And when I log into my Telus account I can still pay them. So I’m just going to pay Telus would
Be the smart choice right ?

Keep a copy or screen shot of any transactions you make.

If the bill is still payable to Telus, you can do so. Usually they disappear once sold to the collection agency.
