kindly send us the list of the subscribed 7 team packs that we are paying, please send by post mail as soon as possible, so we can review if we will add or remove the package

Christine, it would be best to contact Customer Care at 310-6988 or https://www.telus.com/chat  for your request as they'll need to get your account info to pull up your file and for authentication purposes.

On your bill you should see a list of Theme Packs you subscribe to. You can check them out on that page above.

Telus tv costs so much we should wrote to the crtc about this
