A few years ago, I was able to request a copy of all notes that was on my account mailed to me. Am I still able to do this?
The reason I ask this is that I was told that Y2 pricing discount codes cannot be applied to my account as it was too early. I want to make sure this is documented properly so that I actually get the promised discounts would indeed be applied in February.

If Telus' policy hasn't changed, I believe you need to contact the Privacy Resource Centre at 310-1000.
