You won't find that answer here. They can't discuss anything account related. If the landline is brand new, Sales should be able to give you some idea. If it's an existing landline and you had no dialtone, depends when the tech fixes the problem.
Also if it's a brand new install, as long as the wiring hasn't been messed with (like what Shaw does to it when they install their VoIP phone service), it should start working at some point today.
