When Telus is installing the home phone, are there any forms to be filled or information that we need to provide?
Other than showing the Tech where you want the phone terminated (If wiring not already in place), all the necessary info should be collected at the time of your application.
The previous owner of our home was already using Telus home services, so all the wiring in our home is already in place. Can Telus just activate the home phone service without sending a technician to our home?
Possibly if all is in order, and no physical changes are needed to make any connections.
