Error code on App

Every time I try to login to my Telus App, I receive an error code (LP1008). I am not allowed to login at all... Any ideas?

Call TELUS or initiate a live chat bottom right corner of the page on your computer (not mobile). A change needs to be done on their end to fix the account.
