Was on hold with Telus for 25 minutes, and threw in the towel.
Cancelled my Telus home internet account. Received a statement saying the account was closed and that I had a $25 credit. I would like to just apply this to my mobility account. How can I transfer the credit?
Unless the accounts were already linked, you would have to call Telus to either have the credit applied to your mobility account, or a cheque sent you.
