I've been trying to cancel HBO for a while now but your wait times are too long I don't want ti be charged

You should be able to manage your Optik channels in the 'My Account' section of the Telus.com site. You should be able to add or remove channels and packages there.
HBO seems to be in a package, so you may need to cancel one package and find another which meets your needs.

Any idea how to do this? I can see all my package subscriptions from "My Account" and I can add new ones but I don't see any options for cancelling...

If all else fails, have you tried calling Telus? They can definitely cancel things on request.
