Upon searching I found that you need to phone Telus for cancellations. I tried, but it's so frustrating when you have wait an hour and haven't even talked to an actual human yet. I read that Telus will send you a return box, how do you pay your final bill?

Usually using the method you regularly used to make payment. I assume you can make payment by cheque or money order to their mailing address on the invoice, or by credit card or bank transfer to your account number.
