I was just wondering ( not that it is much ) why there is a balancing oweing of .10 cents, when my Bill was $64.90 and I paid a total of $65.00 

One payment of $30.00 then I just paid another payment of $35.00.

So I was just curious as to why there is a balance of 10 cents ?
