I need to chat with a live agent, I am at work and cannot call and will not be home before the call centre closes. Why is the link not there for me to click? HELP

Goto the Contact Us link on the Telus .com site

There is a Chat icon near the bottom right of the screen.

Or you can call them from another phone: 1-888-811-2323

telus is a joke ! if you try to contact a live agent there isnt one. want to email ? no email. want to call? its not toll free and you newd a $10 card to sit on hold that long. need them to call back ? no such service. need help from the forum ? youre not getting help from an agent there . click on the help on line link? guess where it takes you ! telus customer service does NOT exsist

You can always use live chat. (Bottom of the contact us page in the right corner). Keep in mind you're placed in a "que" depending on the time of day, or volume there can be considerable time waiting your turn. (High volume sometimes 40min). You can always reach out to Telus via Facebook.

The toll free number is clearly posted from the link above. 1-888-811-2323 there is always a call back feature so you don't lose your turn on hold.
