re" payment options at the store

I would like to state my dissatisfaction with not being able to pay in store by cash and debit.

I came to Telus to make my life is simpler , yet it is very frustarting

I would like to suggest to add these payment options to make a better experience for me and all customer s

Why not pay by bank transfer directly from your account? No need to leave your warm house.

Many "telus stores" are third party operations, and independent of telus billing process. I'd be in happy if I made payment to a merchant and they chose not to transfer my payment in timely fashion and it was deemed late or not paid at all!
