Why arent prepaid plans for a full month? 30 day plans make no sense. Is it so you can rip people off every second month and get them to pay for an extra day?

Why is the first response from companies like your to tell me what others do? Just because others do something, doesnt make it right. And is Telus' goal to only be mediocre and not surpass the competition with their service and user experience??? It's what it appears to be. Also, it is definitely possible. Telus has made a choice to not offer this as it would only benefit the customer. Next just answer with the truth, "We do not put the customer experience first"

This works out to needing to having to buy one extra 30 day top up every 6 years; hardly worth worrying about in the grand scheme of things, given the savings available to prepaid customers.

Hello again mpa,
30 day plans for Prepaid service is pretty standard around the globe. Unfortunately it is not possible to make plans available for 28/30/31 days depending on the month, as it would cause a lot of billing issues.
Which is why 30 days is a more logical approach to the number of billing days in a month.
Thank you for your question.
