hi! i have a prepaid phone and currently have a pre-paid plan which i renew every month by topping up, i just recently bought a new phone because my current phone is quite old, was wondering ..when I activate the new phone ( I am keeping the same phone number) does my balance carry over to the new phone or do I lose that money/credit ? Thanks!

If the SIM cards are the same size, you can simply swap it from the old phone to the new. If not, there is an option to register a new SIM card to your account. In either case, you would retain all your current account attributes.

Note: some SIM cards are pre-cut to fit multiple phones. If necessary to make yours smaller, check to see if you can pop the smaller size from the larger.
