Resolved! no service

I just purchased a prepaid phone on Tuesday and now it is telling me that I have no service..... Any ideas on why this would happen? I checked my account and I still have a positive balance.

Yes or go onto one of their rate plans from their website...they have a $20 rate plan that gives you unlimited text and unlimited nights and weekend calling.

Is the prepaid service losing the 5 favourites?

I got a text message from Telus last week, but did not pay close enough attention to it, but I remember something about the 5 favourites no longer being part of the prepaid plan. Is this correct and when does it take effect?
