Why is there no phone customer service on the wknd? I need a new phone and plan to be set up ASAP.

Cell phone purchases and set-up can be made on the weekend at any Telus retail outlet and the online sales cart is still available. This forum is available to answer questions, and tech support operates through the weekend. What is the detailed customer service you want which cannot be fulfilled through the existing contacts to Telus available through the weekend?

I've been a customer for a long time and need to talk to customer loyalty. Both the numbers you've provided above end in saying "the office is closed"

Loyalty is not customer service. They are only open during the week. Loyalty is also not the group you should be speaking with if you need a new phone / plan also.
