I have noticed, that when I go into my account under: billing -> bill history and settings -> transaction history -> subscriber history, my rate plan is showing up as having a rate plan change take place every day. This seems weird to me. My billing has been fine up to this point, but why would my rate plan keep saying it's changing on a daily basis?

That's a known issue right now. It's super annoying I know. Just ignore it. Your plan is not renewing everyday. It happened after the last telus.com update.

Thank you for letting me know. I wasnt sure if it was just happening to me or was a systemwide issue.
