Hello Evgueni,
Instead of being charged for every little thing you use on the phone while roaming, you pay up front for a pass. The pass lasts 30 days and gives you a “bucket” of roaming minutes/text/data. Then anything you do while roaming takes a bit away from that “bucket” you bought.
