I've been a longtime Telus customer and have stayed because of your good customer service but that changed this week. My son (we have 3 phones) preordered a Samsung galaxy 8 through your web store (Order100877488) and was told that they needed my permission to send the order information to his email and also to put the order through. I've called the 1 866 488 2709 numerous times to be placed on hold for hours. I've left messages and I've also emailed weborders@telus.com. It's been a week and this has Not been resolved. I've yet to talk to someone or get an email. Very very disappointed. What is going on with your web orders department!!!!

Basically the same situation. You cannot get someone on the phone, Chat tells you to call in, and after the initial email response they stop responding. Good strategy really, you can't even get in touch to cancel an order. Very disappointing.
