Weak signal in Calgary Bridlewood area. LTE Signal between -110 to -120db. Will signal strenght planned to be boosted in an area?

What is the 3G signal strength?  Many phones preferentially seek LTE, even though it may have lower signal strength. 

There are towers east, northwest and south of this neighbourhood, so coverage should not be lacking.

I've found LTE as being weak in a lot of places. At least outside downtown.
