I have 3 year contract with Telus on two smartphones 3G. I am scheduled to be out of the country for 4 months and would like to suspend service for the duration of my absence.
You'll have to call Telus for that. It's 25$/month. Note that if you currently have a grandfathered rate plan, there is a chance that you will not be able to get it back once you resume the account. You'd have to select a current available rate plan. You'll also have to provide the start and end date of your vacation disconnect. Maximum vacation disconnect is 6 months.
