The 'Contact Us' Link at the bottom of the page gives options including chat, email and calling. If the support page is not working then a call to 1-416-940-5995 would seem to be the best choice. Possibly Skype would be an inexpensive option. You will need to have a way to pay the $50 unlock fee.

Call Telus International and get your phone unlocked properly from Telus with a fee, so you can be able to use it in France
