Hey, because Bell bought out MTS I am going through telus now. I have no service right nown with the SIM card they gave me because I need to activate my phone. Where do I do that

Really? telus.com/hello works fine for me. You'll also want the old SIM in the phone still. The page lists:

 

  • For the first 3 steps, please leave your MTS SIM card in your phone.
  • In the last 3 steps, you'll be using your new TELUS SIM card.

Did your service continue to work with the old SIM card?

I would expect the transfer to be seamless to you as a customer.  Were  there any instructions included with the new SIM?

 Telus should have sent a welcome package with instructions. See the 'more information' link for details.

My service worked with my old sim card. They told me to go to telus.com/hello. I couldnt find it. Right now I have the new SIM card in my phone and there is no service. Somehow I need to activate my phone to their service.

They ask me for the model type. I have a lg stylo 2 plus. The only options they give are G5 G4 G3 and K4

Just say a non telus model. You should have the option to pick something that's not a telus device.
