Package 10 & Package 15 : What is different from package 10 And 15?

Hi Irene, it's hard to tell you the difference without having access to your account. These are older packages, some of them including unlimited messages and other voice mail and call display. Most of these features are included now in the plans so that's why we don't have these packages anymore.

The difference is that Package 10 does not include unlimited SMS & MMS, only includes Call Display + Voicemail 10.
