I know of many other friends that have an iPhone with Telus... and they have no issues receiving a text sent from one's email account. That is PhoneNumber@msg.telus.com. When I am sent a text via an email account I receive nothing. The sender does not get an error message either.
Anything I should be looking for??

1) there are no error messages from the system for non-delivery, due to the hand-off from one system to another.
2) 10-digit phone number@msg.telus.com accepts only text, not MMS. You can also try msg.koodomobile.com, which sends as MMS.
What phone are you using, and can you make sure you have not blocked (999) 999-9999 in your phone / messaging App?
10-digit phone number@msg.telus.com works for me, but I am using iPhone.

There is a possibility that certain email domains might be blocked by the message handler at Telus. If you have more than one email account try from each. I used Telus.net domain for my recent test.
