Mobile Data on smartphones

I have a Galaxy Note 3 but i dont think my problem is with my phone. I am trying to play a game on mobile data on my phone and its taking a long time to load because i need internet to load the game. I have to turn off and back on the mobile data. Is this a problem you guys have frequently or should i restart my phone everyday?

I noticed Gooogle Maps would need a cell data connection on my blackberry to initialize before going on wifi.

I think my problem is more related to Android

How do you know it's not the game itself? Have you done a speed test on mobile data?

I have not done a speed test but its ok i think i figured it out it was an application that was messing with my data
