The email was clearly mis-directed, as Telus thought you were a Quebec customer.

Quebec has different rules for marketing draws with prizes than does the rest of Canada, and are often excluded from other offers. Why not be happy for those who can participate, and watch for opportunities available to you?

Quebec has different rules for marketing draws with prizes than does the rest of Canada, and are often excluded from other offers. Why not be happy for those who can participate, and watch for opportunities available to you?
