If I go to Barrie, Ontario and i want to call or answer Toronto number, would it be local or long distance.

It would be a local call for the person from Toronto calling you, long distance for you to answer. 

It would be long distance for you to call Toronto.

It would be a local call for you to call a Barrie number.

It would be long distance for both if a Barrie number called you.
