I'm a TELUS customer with Mobility accounts at both TELUS Mobility and Koodo Mobile and an internet account at TELUS Home Services. When I call TELUS customer service 1-866-558-2273 from my Koodo phone to talk to TELUS customer service, the system automatically transfers my call over to Koodo customer service. Who thought this would be a good idea?
Great feature... not! Also thanks for ignoring on Twitter. Your great customer service is getting better and better every day.

Why couldn't you call telus from you telus phone?
Did you @mention them on twitter? Was it telus or koodo you tweeted?

Dark_Knight Maybe I don't have a TELUS phone?
"@TELUS @TELUSSupport @Koodo ..." tweeted this way three times in 2 days. I've since deleted the tweets since no reply came.

You specifically wrote that you do have a telus phone. So why couldn't you use that?

Having a TELUS Mobility account doesn't mean I have a TELUS phone.
Why should it matter which phone I am calling from when I call their 1-866 number, and not 611?

Do you not have a telus mobility phone then? What did you need their help with?
